I have another of their dehumidifiers, the MDF1-30AE. The first time the P1 came on, the unit stopped, because the filter needed cleaning. Recently P1 came on but the unit didn't turn off, and I had already cleaned the filter, so I phoned Midea customer service at 1-866-646-4332. The man told me P1 means it's in defrost mode and said to just leave it on and the P1 will eventually go away. It's been a while though....
Yes it will do that but as we all know , windows vista needs burning, I honestly have no idea where to tell you to look for drivers to work with vista...but you can try and unistalling and then re-install the cd tat came with the phone....then see if they is an upgrade site on the cd, or a lg website that you can log-on to and get the driver/s for your mobile.
