If it does there will be a tiny slot on the side of the tablet, is there one??

Need users manual for Asus Zenpad 10

Asus has several models of the Zenpad 10. Most Asus manuals are available through the support page: https://www.asus.com/us/support/ . Enter the model in the search box and select your model. This page doesn't always work for their tablet support. Google can also direct you to the manual for some models.

For the Z500M, the support page is https://www.asus.com/us/Tablets/ASUS-ZenPad-10-Z300M/HelpDesk_Manual/ . The direct link to the manual (in English) is http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/EeePAD/Zenpad/Z300M/E12230_Z300M_CNG_CNL_EM_V3_WEB.pdf .

For the Zenpad 10 that is compatible with Verizon Wireless, Verizon has that manual here: https://ss7.vzw.com/is/content/VerizonWireless/Devices/ASUS/ASUS_ZenPad_Z10_userguige/asus-zenpad-z10-ug.pdf .

I hope this helps.

Sansui aux-410r amp crackling when switched on followed by high pitched sound and other sound like vinyl played at high volume and stylus being dragged across it .can anyone help please.

This is some kind of componant fault. To find out where determine if the sound is in one channel or both. If in both it could be in the power supply or in something that has both channels common to it. If in just one channel than at least you have the good channel to work with. You can test the bad channel by poking it with an insulated tool. It should make buzzing noises. If it makes buzzing noises in the good channel and is differerent in the bad in anyway you have found something. If the sound also comes and go suspect bad soldering.

Crackling when turned on then high pitched howl and sound like vinyl being played loud and having stylus dragged across it is the only way to describe the noise after howl. was being used and did crackle...

You didn't say whether it was one or both channels. The word to describe the noise when using a turntable, back in the days, is called Acoustic Vibration. Your issue is not that. I can be an amplifier oscillating, for the high pitched sound and the crackling could be DC Offset*meaning a damaged amplifier) If you need further assistance, or would like to inquire about a repair, please visit my website at audioserviceclinic.com. Thank you.

Crackling noise from mitsubishi 73833

The real clue would be if you hear the sound with the audio or volume OFF.

It is either a problem in the audio circuit or you are hearing a sound being made elsewhere in the set -----a buzz or such or even a high pitched whine.

I have a wharfedale svp15 passive loudspeaker. The subwoofer has started crackling and popping at low volumes and has no deep bass. At high volumes it sounds great as usual and can't tell if the crackling...

Information I find online says it an Active Subwoofer, so that introduces its own amp as a possible source of the symptom. If there is another version of this model that's passive, all the more reason to believe the amp is the problem because passive speakers don't spontaneously emit sounds.

If there was a physical reason for the crackling I would think more power would make it worse or blow it up.

A poor sub signal cable connection might explain low current anomalies if random noises are entering the signal path.

Make sure the signal, speaker and power cables are not aligned parallel and close to each other.
