If it's sparking where the waveguide enters the cavity, you'll need to clean it out, re-paint, and probably replace the wave guide cover. If it's sparking further down the waveguide, it could be a tuning stub problem. In that case, it's less expensive to buy a new one. All of the components would have to be transferred to a new cavity. I've done this a couple of times on in-warranty units, but too expensive out of warranty.
