Your gmail account does have options to retrieve your password you probably have backup mail adress.

If you do not remember your account name then I am not sure if I can help you.

Maybe the only possible way is to do factory default reset.

If you don't remeber the wireless security code, maybe you still remeber the user and password to access the web management interface of the router.
Then you have to connect the laptop to the router by using a network cable. Open a browser window, type in the IP adress of your router and check the wireless setup section. There you can find / modify the wifi security code.

If you don't know the router's IP adress, then open on your computer a ms-dos prompt and type the command
ipconfig /all

it will display your current IP adress, subnet mask and GATEWAY. The gateway adress is the router's IP adress that must be typed into the browser.

If you don't remember the user and password for accessing the router's web interface, please refer to the router's user manual in order to reset it to factory default configuration, and then proceed as for the first installation of the router.

Did you try resetting to factory defaults and then access it from the default IP address and password?

Hi the PUK code is the security code for the sim card and not the phone the only place you can get this code from is your service provider, you have to call them and give them your sim number their is no other way of getting this code, they will ask you your name and adresse and the sim number.

if you dont need to use that sim then you could just get another sim card and then it wont ask for the PUK code, dont try guessing the PUK code as every single sim card made has its own unique pin number, their are no code generators out their to do this as the number is random and cant be generated.

You'll have to hard reset your device, in ordere to get past the password request phase. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will restore your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting all the programs you have installed, as well as your personal data and settings.
Anyway, to hard reset your devcie, press the Power button to turn it on. Then, press and hold the Power button, and, whilst keeping it pressed, press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the buttons. A screen asking for confirmation will come up. Confirm the hard reset procedure by pressing the Contacts button (or cancel it by pressing the Mail button).

You only have (2) solutions:

1. Take the unit to where the secure location where the PIN was set and it will not ask your for the PIN. Then you can delete it or change it.

2. The PIN is located in non-volatile memory and can not be reset except by the factory.
