SOURCE: I just purchased a black

Unfortunately those units are prone to breakage they are also usually a sealed unit (not able to take apart). The best thing to do would be take it back where you bought it and try to get your money back. They just aren't worth fixing. Visit www.stevessewandvac.com they have a selection of hand vacs if you don't see what your looking for contact them by email they can help.

How do I register my Black & Decker cordless 20VLithium hand vac?

Hi-
You may register your hand vacuum at http://www.blackanddecker.com/Login.aspx?referrer=http://www.blackanddecker.com/pages/my/prod/RegisterProduct.aspx

Just create an account and enter your product information. Please keep in mind that warranty still requires a receipt, so please make a copy of your receipt and file that away for safe keeping.

Thanks

Battery to fit Black & Decker CST20000 Grasshog weed eater. Where can I buy just the battery or battery pack?

Unfortunately, the battery pack as a unit has been discontinued, but the battery itself (part #243213-00) can be purchased online. Amazon sells it for $35.99. You can find it here:
