How do i use the dolce gusto i put a pod in of chocolate and the machine just kept going it wouldnt stop when tje cup was full

actually I prefer my Bunn coffee maker . with practice you can make small brews and ground coffee is less expensive than pods .of which I have tasted many and like none of them

You are not supposed to fill the machine with milk. Just water. It is a pod machine, you put a coffee pod in the slot. Then water in the tank. Push the button and it heats the water then when ready push it again and it dispenses hot water through the coffee pod. In your cup you will have hot coffee with crema. If you have a milk frother/volumiser then you add milk.
If you add milk to the pod tank, it heats up, volumises aka increases in volume and flows everywhere. I suggest you read your manual :)

Sounds like an overload fuse has blown (possibly) there are resettable fuses in some, not in others. Have you checked you element?

Hi, Could be a number of things. Is your pump working. Thermoblock maybe blocked or faulty. A thermo sensor on the thermoblock maybe faulty. Brewunit maybe jammed. Descale will not help if it wont pump. Id be looking at the thermoblock or sensor. If their at fault then the machine will do nothing. We have had this problem twice now. The solution is to drill (yes drill!) through the capsule - a blocked outlet from the capsule itself and the injection of hot water creates a high pressure seal - you have to release the pressure. Do this over the sink - I had hot chocolate spraying about 6 feet from the machine when the pressure was released!! But this solved the problem.

Got the same problem - and im addicted to lungo, I heard you can buy cleaning pods to clean the inside - try checking google !!
