when I dial from the phone fax will not be send and error will be come on the screen. What can i do for it.

Thanks for your e mail Fixya.com suggesting I join your premier plan at a cost to me where you would be happy to solve the problem at a cost. and asking me to let you know how I fixed it if I managed to fix it myself

Obviously one does not get anything for nothing and, as I'd need to pay for your plan to get the solution I guess with that same outlook you'd need to pay for my knowledge to know how I fixed it

Unplug the power cord from the All-In-One as well as the power outlet.
Plug the power cord directly to a wall outlet without surg protector. (if possible connect it to a different power outlet)
Before connecting the power cord to the All-In-One press and hold the # and no 6 button and then insert the power cord, do not release the keys until you see a message a reset (if the screen goes blank then release the keys and turn the power on)
Then check and see

Please follow the follwoing steps, 

1) unplug the power cord at the both ends from the printer and wall outlet. connect tto wall out let directly dont connect to printer.
2)Press and hold # and 6 while reconnecting the power cord to the product hold for 1 min after plugging the power cord, and then release both buttons, this should resolve the issue.
