Set bake to 350 it get to 350 and then it goes all the way down to 200 before it kicks back on again
SOURCE: Oven temperature
you guys should check your tempurature sensor. Our oven has been acting weird like saying it has heated up to 400 degrees in like 1 minute haha. Well after a few months of this happening on occasion we get an F2 error flashing..
did some research on it and apparently for GE ovens this is a temp sensor gone bad. Im looking to buy one now which is how i found this post, i just thought id tell you all what i found out and maybe you should look into that as well.

A separate oven thermometer is absolutely necessary in baking. Something similar to this would be cheap and easy. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU=10161738
Or you could go for a digital one with a probe.

More than likely the oven requires a new thermostat, but would recommend an Appliance Repairer to confirm this solution.
