Hello experts,
my Samsung 40'' LCD TV turns on and swiches channels, plays sound, but does not show any picture. You can see the background light. But its black all the time. What can be the problem? some electronic in the LCD or could be the LCD panel faulty?
regards
Simon
Tcon is dead replace it
Tcon module # 400w2c4ltv0.1
Try to replace CAPACITORS with value 1000uf 25 volts, replace them with 1000uf and 35 volts, the power supply overcharges the capacitors due to powerpeaks of 29.7volts, the priginal capacitors cant handle those peaks,.. in the menu turn off options dynamic contrast and digital noise filter and all is fine again! it worked on my samsung.
Yours sincerely,
Dennis
