First, you need to make sure all of the vent panels on the tv are clear of obstructions. Heating may be causing the problems. Next, get a hold of a clean, dry source of forced air and blow out the inside of the case and the internals of the tv.
The problem with your TV is the screen tabs this is where the electronics bond to the screen a technician may be able to fix it with compression pads otherwise it a new screen
Try another hdmi wire. Physically look at the hdmi port and see if there is damage done to the port. Change the source.
