Greeting Cyril Hrachovy,

"Say" 22 is an example... You should input whatever temperature where you are comfortable ...

Our master bed room has it's own controls... but usually the vents have been blocked shut... or have magnetic diverters (plastic shields) on the vents... where the thermostat is all warm & happy across the room while I'm freezing against the glass...

A happy medium has to be struck
- between the IVORY-TOWER instruction writer... and
the sun soaked rain drenched REAL WORLD in which
we live (I'm just saying).

Programmable THERMOSTATS are get (fun)... but in reality
the automatic features are soon abandoned... (harmony)
and the REMOTE favors the fickle.

How to take a childlock off a daewoo 22 inch tv model- dlt-22w4t

From the main menu choose "Parental Controls;" it's option six.

Choose the first option, V-Chip TV Rating Limit, and using the arrow keys and the OK button on the remote, scroll through until the TV-MA rating appears. Press the right arrow button to move the highlight over to the "Status" field and toggle to "View." Press the OK button. This will set the age-based ratings to Mature.

From the Parental Controls menu, select the second option, V-Chip Movie Ratings Limit and change the rating to TV_MA and the "Status" to "View."

From the Parental Controls menu select the third option, V-Chip Unrated Program Block and select item one, which will be "View."

Select the fourth option, which is "Channel Block." Highlight the Channel field and using the channel up and down buttons, go through and check they are all set to 'View." Any set to "Block" will need to be toggled back to View.

Lock the controls to activate the changes using item six on the "Parental Controls" menu.

Multiple operations in single command on new TI84

Run SetUpEditor to restore the list names L1, to L6
100->dim(L1) to set the dimension of L1 to 100
100->dim(L2) to set the dimension of L2 to 100.
Since you are going to store the random numbers in L1, you should use L2 as the FreqList. All elements of L2 should be 1. When you create it all its elements are 0. One way to fill it with 1's is 10 run the command

L2+1>L2; Add 1 to each number and store the results in L2 (overwrite the 0 values)
Perform a blank run of 1-var Stats to get the chance to set the default lists.
1-var Stats L1, L2 ENTER
Type in your command
randNorm(64.5,2.5,100) STO> L1:1-var Stats L1, L2 ENTER.

Use the Catalog to type in the 1-var Stats commnad so that you can type in the Lists L1 and L2 without opening the 1-var Stats configuration screen.
Do what you have to do with the statistics you generated.
To rerun the two commands again, press [2nd][ MODE] to (QUIT)
or press the sequence [2nd][ENTER] to have the last (ENTRY) echo on the main screen. Press ENTER to run again
randNorm(64.5,2.5,100) STO> L1:1-var Stats L1, L2 ENTER.

Hoe it helps.

Just had the thermistors replaced in the frigde freezer the fan is working now and the freezer is - 22 but the fridge is at 14 degrees.

Hi,
Where are you getting these temps from? If your unit is in Celsius mode, that would mean fridge is 57.2 degrees and Freezer would be -7.6 degrees. Without a model number I am unable to see the style of controls you have. Double check all settings are in the middle, meaning if you have a digital display, temp @ 0-36, if you have dials make sure they are set to the middle ie..(a-e then set at c, 1-9 set at 5).

I hope this helps...

Samsung HT-A100 Home Cinema system plays cd only with tv on!

Hi,
You need to put away the remote for your TV and use only the remote for your HT system. Your HT remote should work on your TV by default. Your Samsung HT remote should have a TV button and a DVD/Receiver button (or HT button). When using only the TV, press the TV button and then use it for just the TV and when using the HT system, press the DVD/Receiver button and then you can use the HT system.
If for some reason your TV is not set on the Samsung HT remote by default, your HT users manual should have a list of codes that you can use to program your HT remote. Hope that helps you. Gary
