You must test the motor, and tight the electrical connection very well. and see if there some burn wires, or connector.in any board of the elliptical. See my personal TIPS. And test the electrical wall, and see if the voltage is o.k . However keep you eyes open, for any inconveniences. Suspect of the motor winding. God bless you
you must LUBE THE deck belt by aprox 150 miles. In according with the schedule maintenance, Please LUBE the deck belt+rollers bearing. see the video If the problem persist time to replalce the OLD board deck belt. God bless you
Run the software calibration for easy diagnostic, troubleshooting, and fix it. Lube the motor, rack, pinion and adjust the POT, see the diagram attached., clean it the sensor, and tight the plug well. God bless you
lift the sides of the w/belt the hieght should be 2-3 inches. if more to loose,tighten it up. still have a issue take hood off and check the motor belt. if you find a bunch of black dust. your belt is worn or on its way out.PS you can find the belt on the web.
You will have to purchase a new key unfortunately. First, go to www.iconservice.com in the replacement parts link. There you can type your model number/model name found on your machine usually on the bottom of bikes and ellipticals, and underneath the belt when the machine is in spacesaver position on treadmills. It will give you a PDF version that you can download for free. You can also call for a hardcopy but it will cost around $20 with tax and shipping. The number is 1-800-999-3756.
