Looks like an early 90s model # the date of manufacture should be on model # label sorry the manual for this model was printed in 2000 so must be a 2000 model

If it's affected by wiggling the connector, it must be the connector's problem. You'll need to get it repaired (or probably just replace the CRT; hardly anyone will service those anymore). RF modulation is an option too, but probably not preferable because of the lost quality.
Since the manual has a copyright date of 2001, I would guess that the RCA F19426 was manufactured in 2001 or 2002.
