To set the time;
Press and hold CLK button for 3 seconds
While flashing, use the H and M buttons to adjust the time setting(s).
The time will be saved 5 seconds after a button is pressed.

no you can't. i bought one from ebay b/c the guy said it would work but it didn't. after some research- i found the 7833/7835 will not accept anything through the DIN except the CD carriage.

Yep, you'll see a Play/Pause button. Just press that until it says DX Seek (or Seek if you want to skip over stations that are slightly farther away). Then press your tune buttons! If it still doesn't work while in DX or DX Seek mode, then hold the tune button for a second. It'll beep and start scanning to the next one!
