I have a konzert av 502a when i turn on the speaker protector dosent click,the rigth chanel im check the speaker ouput termi their is a high 20 volts dc, what is a common problem whith that case sir?

Disconnect the speakers, all of them. If the fuse continues blowing off, you have a short circuit in the final stage of the device, called the amplification circuit. If the does not blow , then the short circuit in is one or more speakers.

front: 500 watts/channel
surround: 30 watts/channel
center: 30 watts

pls check burnt resistors, if ceramic it's value is .25 0hms 5 watts, if big carbon film resistor it's value is 10 ohms 3 watts. check also power transistors A1941 & C5198. also check driver transistor A940 & C2073

yes you can, just select the audio source to cd/dvd and use stereo rca cord.

What actually is Right is for you to decide:

These will be dependent to what you intend to use.

If these unit will be used for Karaoke , suggestion could be

using Single 15" Konzert Speakers for each channel or

Dual 12" Konzert Speakers for each channel.


But if you intend to use it in a small room , you can visit the

showroom in which speakers are connected to it, to have your

final decision.What may be best for others may not be the one

you choose.Listen and feel what you like .

Hi,
upgrade your 302 to 502 need to replaced the toroid transformer, set of output amplifier, set of electrolytic capacitor.
Purchasing of these parts one-by-one is much expensive rather that you buy a brad new Konzert AV-502. Also upgrading the unit is quite tech and need a lot of experienced in electronics.

You need to replace the power amp transistor or mosfet. Bring to electronic technician for repair.
