This is most likely a Singer 99 or 99k. The electric model is worth $50-$100. The hand crank is worth a little more, about $100-$175. Search on ebay and you'll see many examples. It's a great machine and all manuals and parts are readily available.

The Singer 328K "style-o-matic" is a Class 66 sewing machine with a solid handwheel. Like the 328, and most style 66 machines, this one takes Singer Motor Belt # 193077. Any singer vendor should be able to help you and as of this writing (2010) the part runs around $10.
