The best thing you can do, short of launching the thing into inter-galactic travel, is to clean all of the plastic parts of the machine with an anti-static cleaner. Particularly, the roller that feeds the paper and the carbon roll. Remove all paper and carbon film and unplug the machine. Clean inside the paper housing and the feed rollers before turning it back on. It sounds like a build up of static electricity, a common problem on such thermal based fax machines. Remember, the paper has the propensity to curl because it is on a roll, so any extra help it gets will send it curling like mad. Good Luck.
Search inside the machine by opening the latch on the right side. Be sure to unplug, as it may be hot. Pull out the film cartridge and look for the missing wheel. Remove and order a replacement cartridge. Shop because prices vary greatly. You can order replacement film rolls or the entire cartridge. In your case, i would go for the entire cartridge. You can find them for under $15.
problem is not clear.u change fax roll when it was finished.if fax was printing before ending roll .i think u have installed roll with wrong side .thermal roll only prints with one side which is coated .just see inside machine there will bi a paper for installing roll direction.if not just check thermal head .clean it check its supply.or just replace.it mian jee
