If you went to Settings, Security and Privacy then Security Wipe. The Balckberry will reload and reboot itself, but you will have to set up the wifi again as you will have wiped out the wifi settings and your Blackberry ID. You need to treat the Balckberry as a new unit and set up both. You can use the ID you set up originally. If you are not the original owner you will need to set up a Blackberry ID.
You have two options.

It does appear the BlackBerry Z10 is supported. I don't know about your carrier because you didn't provide that information. I don't know what error message that your are receiving.
