What is my password on my Blackberry Z10.I need it to connect to my Wifi

If you went to Settings, Security and Privacy then Security Wipe. The Balckberry will reload and reboot itself, but you will have to set up the wifi again as you will have wiped out the wifi settings and your Blackberry ID. You need to treat the Balckberry as a new unit and set up both. You can use the ID you set up originally. If you are not the original owner you will need to set up a Blackberry ID.

You have two options.
Use a WiFi service, either at home or free at a mall. Access the Blackberry app-world site. Select apps, free or type in WhatsApp and download the app to your Blackberry. It will reinstall on your phone.
The other is to access a recent backup you had done using BlackBerry Desktop Manager and click the restore option. When prompted, click yes.

try checking if airplane mode is off Tap Settings > Network Connections > Mobile Network.Set the Mobile Network switch to On. After you finish: To turn off your connection to the mobile network, set the Mobile Network switch to Off.

It does appear the BlackBerry Z10 is supported. I don't know about your carrier because you didn't provide that information. I don't know what error message that your are receiving.
