How can i fix this problem?
It may not be a problem with the rectifier!
IF you are using a AC voltmeter to check your AC input, you need to remember that the function of the rectifier is to convert the AC wave to DC. Are you checking the output voltage on the DC scale?? If you have no DC output you need to check the connections of the rectifier first, but there is a circuit breaker after
the rectifier but before the cable exits the case. The breaker usually fails before the rectifier, unless the charger got wet, which allowed corrosion on the connections.

You are charging. The meter corresponds to the level of charge in the battery. Try setting to 10 A for 4 hours, battery should be half-way up. To determine if battery id dead.. leave battery off charger once it is fully charged...test with a voltmeter after 10 min.....battery should still be above 12v...after1 hour it should still be above 12v...if not battery is spent.

Voltage doesn't start cars ..Amperage does. Try to jump start and if it still clicks then your starter is suspect.

batterys may be to low for charger to pick them back up.Sounds like new batterys to me .dobble check that charger just in case by volt testing the neg and positive wires on one battery ,When its hooked up .then do the other to see if power is getting where its suppose to be. Your checking for volt changed .Battery charger checks out good replace batterys that should do it.

there is a coil under the flywheel that is supposed to charge the battery...if you look at the engine there should be a wire coming from under the flywheel that is supposed to go to either a diode or a regulator and then to the battery...you can put a meter on this lead and one on the engine ground to see if it is putting out voltage...you may need to put the meter on AC VOLTS as the voltage may be AC...if there is a regulator(it looks like a heatsink module,square with fins on it..).this may be defective. The ac coming out of the stator(this is the tech term for the alternator) is present..(it will vary with eng speed)..then the regulator is probably bad

Sounds like the starter is dragging, when the bike gets hot the starter barely turns. And those bikes don't actually have an alternator. It's like a magneto system that keeps the battery from draining, but doesn't actually charge the battery. I would take the starter off and have it tested.
