Vizio 2 year old p702ui-b3, comes on with vizio emblem, emblem goes out menu comes up, as we start setup, set dies, light at lower right shines and goes out at same time screen goes out.

Set stopped working, only lower right corner lite comes on, goes off, nothing works. Replaced power supply board, no change, replaced main bd, does what it does now, only on for a few seconds. No blue screen at any time, menue block looks good, bright etc

My TV has 4" of blank space on the right and the left of the picture. My TV is a 4 year old Vizio. Is this an indicator of a TV dying?

Might want to check if the aspect ratio in the video setup got messed up. (Should be 16:9 or auto.) Also check that you're watching a HD channel or a HD DVD. Your cable box may have a video out setting that got reset incorrectly.

For about a month when I press my vizio on switch the tv would click on the vizio emblem would light up,then it would immediately click off and the emblem would go dark...I would have to repeat this...

unplug the TV. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, repeat. Plug it back in and try again.
