Morning!

When you go to your devices and printers , right click on the ricoh printer and click on printer properties , the go to the advanced tab on top and click on it , then bottom left there should be a option for printing defaults , click on it and select the double sided option there !

does not print from bypass tray (manual feed)
does not print on thick paper (check paper type)

unplug printer, wait minute, plug in, should reset.
check Ricoh website to trouble shoot if does not reset.

SC400 cannot be cleared by the user. This is a fatal hardware error code. Call you dealer or repair company to get it fixed.

problem with drum motor.. Unplug..reboot , try again ..If pproblem starts again you may have to replace the drum motor.

display. Then a new AIO cartridge must
be installed. This feature is a safety
measure to prevent the used toner tank
from becoming full (there is no toner
overflow detection mechanism).

My new ricoh aficio sp 100su ddst printer has hardly printed 100 pages and now it show E7 and doesn't print. what must I do?

Hi,
Go to page setting option and set page range and page auto print. If printer ok then may be E7 browser not full support so that up to date then you try.

sounds to me you are using the "wrong driver" double check the driver and the OS you are using.

I would also turn the printer off and clear all print jobs from the print que and restart. After loading the new driver do a test page from the driver.
