I have the wonderland express train won't go around can it be fixed

I have a vague recollection that there are two sets of batteries. One in the Train and one in the Caboose.

Is the track properly and carefully put together? Is one or more sections damaged take one of the cars and gently push it around watching in those places where the train derails. If it only happens at a track joint look at it more carefully.

funny, you can fix this real easily, you just need to flip flop the cables on the motor, currently the polarity is reversed, theres only two wires connected to the motor just switch them around

the sounds are run off of a different battery source, check the battery under the seat and make sure that its connected

the polarity is backwards, just switch the two wires around on the motor

check the battery and the charger with a multimeter and make sure that its putting out at least 6 volts

Does the button stick down?

I wish I could help - I have exactly the same problem! Train opened Christmas Day, worked ok. Batteries seemed to gradually die 2-3 days later. Replaced all 3 sets of batteries twice, but nothing. Initially I got sounds, but nothing now.
