Meeting request shows 6:30 to 7:00 (GMT -8:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada). After sync with iphone, it appears on both calendar as 10:30 to 11:00 pm Singapore time..
I have checked the time zone settings for both iphone and outlook and confirmed that it is already in Singapore time zone...yet the error still persists. Please help.

SOURCE: T5 Outlook Calendar Synchronization failed - Any one have a fix?
I went to the MY COMPUTER folder, clicked open PROGRAM FILES, open PALMONE folder, open the username folder and deleted the back-up files. However, before I did this I deleted all of the problems dates in the PC calendar and set the hotsync to PC overrides handheld. While this works, unfortunately I have found that I need to do it every once in a while which is very disappointing. It seems that Windows does not operate seamlessly with the Palm T5. I find that the hotsync crashes 50% of the time forcing me to reset my Palm T5. No information is lost, but it is really a pain in the *** to have to do so often. Versamail hotsync sometimes freezes on the handheld, but that is another issue which I have managed to fix much in the same way as describe above.
SOURCE: Sync problem with Outlook Public calendar
Hi Brad,
By default, it won't sync the company shared calendar. This is in fact very hard to do. You will need to speak the guys in your IT department about a product to sync your calendar with the company one. If you use Exchange server, then you may wish to look towards a product such as 'SlipStick'...
