Admiral designer series heavy duty giant capacity 20 lb dryer

My dryer gets hot inside, it spins but won't dry clothes. I checked and there is almost no air coming out the exhaust. I cleaned the exhaust tube. What's wrong with it?

Two possible problems
the air blower is not running properly
too many clothes being dried restricting air flow

Nice old style machine. I think the motor has a two speed control on those. Low speed does wash and high speed does spin. There is some help in this link.

Admiral washing machine no cold water

HI, this is a faulty inlet valve assembly. you should replace this failing component asap if possible. This will fix the issue.

Sometimes does not spin enough to wring out water from clothes.

The spin cycle should be on a timer, and shouldn't be able to change how long it spins. The same timer that controls all the cycles of your washer.Your pump may be trying to go out,and isn't removing the water fast enough. This will keep water in the tub,and the normal spin cycle isn't long enough to let the pump get the job done.Another problem might be a clog in your drain hose.Another problem could be the drain hose is set to high above the pump, and the pump can't push it up that high (shouldn't be a problem if you are using the hose that came with the washer, and not extending it with another hose or something.)
