Try this:
1. Remove battery
2. Plug the charger or the USB Cable if you have it.
3. Place battery back in.
4. Let it charge (if it charges) all the way til you see green light.
5. Turn it on.

try taking battery out for 30 seconds,then put back in!?

Issue with either battery, charging port on phone, or charger. Attempt replacement of charger or different outlet first. Then battery replacement, about $50. Then phone replacement (hope you're eligible for warranty or have insurance if you don't want to upgrade).

Pull the battery out and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Do a master reset of the phone. Sounds like a software problem since both the usb and power jack not working.

1. Once the handset has rebooted to the Today Screen, enter the following code: *2767*3855#. The handset should display a message “Formatting- Please wait a moment”.
2. The phone will reboot after the Full Reset as this is normal operation.

make sure that your charger is not bent, i had the samd roblem sometimes you just have to get a new charger or just get that one to position right so that it will charge the phone

More than likely the battery just needs to be replaced. I let my nano go dead and it was doing the same thing. So just get it replaced and that should fix your problem.

This is a case of return to to store. It should be covered under warranty as it is a defect with the phone

Your battery might be dead. How long have u had the phone?? i had mine for 1 year and like 2 months b4 i had to buy a new one because it wouldnt hold a charge
