As a last resort you could copy the full card to a computer and then delete the pictures on the card and use that again.
Here is the error list from the camera manual.
This is all I can suggest from here.
"Reinsert the Memory Stick Error"
•
Insert the "Memory Stick Duo" correctly.
•
The inserted "Memory Stick Duo"cannot be used in your camera
(See below).
•
The "Memory Stick Duo" is damaged.
•
The terminal section of the "Memory Stick Duo" is dirty

On
many cameras , the picture format that you can save on memory stick is
not the same that you can have by recording on tapes. It should be the
same on your handycam.
You can increase memory stick to at least
2GB, that is what sony reccomends, you can test a 4 gb to 16 gb at the
shop, if it works , then buy it.
However, the quality of movies grabbed on memory stick, should be far less than the one of movies recorded on tape.
Make sure that contacts are clean on memory stick and reinsert it in camera. Dues camera show any error sign when memory stick is inserted? Did you tried memory stick in any other Sony camera? Let me know to diagnose the problem. Thanks.
According to the users manual, the camera does not support above 512 MB cards, however I noticed that there is a firmware update which might address the issue. Go to www.sony.com and support, electronics. Put your model number in the selection box and you'll be taken to the drivers download page.
drawing failed indicates that the pictures were not properly written to the card by the camera. It might be due to some problem in camera, but most likely is a problem with the memory card or the speed of the memory card. I'd suggest to use a professional memory card for cameras with 8+ mega pixles resolution.
Unfortunately, there is no way to change the internal card reader in the camera to accept higher density memory cards. You can find the memory stick compatibility list here: https://esupport.sony.com/perl/support-info.pl?&info_id=12 . Scroll down to the Cybershot N Series camera list. The maximum capacity memory stick is 4 GB memory stick pro or M2 Memory stick Pro. For the Memory Stick Duo, it looks like those have a maximum capacity of 2 GB.
