Question about Juki DDL-8700
If it's a mechanical machine, most likely it needs a good cleaning and oiling.
Wheel on right side that controls the needle up and down is very tight...
Will not zigzag or decorative stitches New to these newer plastic style...

If you take out the bobbin case and slide off the needle pate, you can inspect the bottom area for a thread jam. The black post that the bobbin case slides onto is called the thread hook. It should have a loose feel to it when you gently move it around, it should not have a "solid feel".
Another area that sometimes wraps the thread is the take up lever area.
(the lever that moves really fast up and down as the machine is sewing)
If the lever has been pushed to the left, it's possible the thread has wrapped up in that area.
If those two areas are o.k. you'll need to take it in for service.

concern E003-004-005 is same solution: check synchronize r need to clean or replace.
concern E7 : trimmer is jammed or timing cam for thread trimmer need to adjust other ways control need to check by electronic engineer.
concern E072 : check connection between motor and control - check sensor for motor ( inside ) - control need to check by electronic engineer.
concern E303 : check whether there is coincidence between head and model setup ( check function No. 95 and make sure it's dl78.

Can't help you with the manual. I've never found a source for a free one. As for the issue with the hand wheel ... that is usually a sign that your machine needs cleaning and servicing. (typically fluff, lint, threads, not enough oil, etc.)
