Hi.. It can vary from phone to phone but basically this is what happens. You call one person and put them on hold, Dialing the second party and repeating the process to connect all. Join the two calls Cheers:-)

You must subscribe to you Landline Supplyer for 'Call Divert Services' If Say you already Subscribe to BT.

The Proccess is access line... the on the Keypay dial... *21* (then The No; to be Diverted To) then confirm by pressing the # Key. Wait and the No; will be repeated to you.
To take off call divert access line dial #21#

When 'Call Divert' is set you will receive broken dial tone. through the Handset.

There is a feature that allows this to be done, however it is a security risk. Calls can be hacked and routed to anywhere in the world charging long distance to you. If you need it dont then it will need to be done by an installer. Passwords (will be needed) and the programming tool (will be very helpful).

What manual and what are you doing to set this up?

I would probably use the CF of an ICD group to another ICD. ie *7141 100 6xx would forward ICD group 100 to 6xx, then 6xx would be defined as forward to the outside number.

Could always try ringing your phoneline provider

Press the Program button. enter 50 for call forwarding and press Enter. enter 2 and the number (ie 25551234) to forward ALL calls to the specified number. enter 3 and the number to forward when busy, 4 and the number to forward when there is no answer, and 5 and the number for when you're either busy or there is no answer. Hit Enter and then the Program button again.

Go to your phone settings, enter the scroll through the call menu to search for call divert. Activate it and wait until you receive a noticefication from your network provides that you have completely Activated it.

Type * 71029 then your mobile number and end with a #
