if you never set up a pin then when ask for one just leave blank and press enter and see what happens if that does not work that means that someone else has set up one and you will have to take it in and have it reset

I think the ssid means the code on the netflex gift card's code at the back. You could purchase it from walmart or the netflex website.

error code 52030 meanse to say that you're not able to connect to your wireless network.

In some Countries they do provide it free of cost, in some Countries they doo not provide it at all and you need to get the replacement SIM, while in some countries they provide PUK codes only with the specific plan. So you need to check out with the customer care. Please do not try guessing the PUK code as entering the wrong PIN after a specific number of attempts can make your SIM card useless.

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.


The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.
