Didn't give a model number, but try the following:

For a mechanical clock, push the center knob in and turn the clock hands to the correct time. (If the Minute Timer pointer should move also, let the knob out, turn the Timer pointer to OFF.)

For a digital clock, push in the center knob of the Minute Timer and turn Knob in either direction to set the Digital Clock numerals to the correct time.

For an electronic clock, touch the Clock pad. Touch the number pad. Touch the start pad until the time of day shows in the display. Note: On double wall ovens, you can only set the Timer for one oven.

How to set clock on GE Profile PGS950SEF3SS

The GE Profile, PGS950SEF3SS, has a convection oven. To set the time, press and hold both the 9 and 0 key pads for 3+ seconds. Then type in the current time with two digits for both the hour and minutes. (The range uses a 12-hour clock, in the US, but doesn't display AM or PM.) Press Start to save the time.

This information is in the manual on pages 12-13. Page 12 has a picture of the control panel. Page 13 has the procedure to set the clock as item 7. You can find the manual at GE on the product page: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-specs/PGS950SEFSS . The direct link to the manual is currently of https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-85213-4.pdf . SearsPartsDirect also has the manual here: https://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/user-manuals/pgs950sef3ss-ge-parts-manual . The direct link is https://c.searspartsdirect.com/mmh/pd_download/lis_pdf/OWNM/1512449L.pdf .

I hope this helps.

How do I convert clock from 24 hr display to 12 hr display on my GE profile gas oven with digital display?

Here are the instructions for changing the clock from 12 to 24 hour and back.

12-Hour, 24-Hour or Clock Black-Out
Your control is set to use a 12-hour clock.
If you would prefer to have a 24-hour
military time clock or black out the clock
display, follow the steps below.

Press the BAKE and BROIL HI/LO
pads (on models, use
the upper oven controls) at the same
time for 3 seconds, until the display
shows SF.

Press the CLOCK pad once. The
display will show 12 hr. If this is
the choice you want, press the
START pad.

Press the CLOCK pad again to
change to the 24-hour military time
clock. The display will show 24 hr.
If this is the choice you want, press
the START pad.

Press the CLOCK pad again to black
out the clock display. The display
will show OFF. If this is the choice
you want, press the START pad.
NOTE: If the clock is in the black-out mode, you
will not be able to use the Delay Start function.

The F1 code can be 1 of 2 things. Try disconnecting the ribbon cable from the touch pad to the clock. Then reconnect power and if the code comes back with 32 seconds the eoc is bad. If it doesn't the touch pad is bad.
