For most Microlife blood pressure monitors, the error 3 indicates that the unit cannot reach the proper pressure in the cuff to start the test. If replacing the batteries doesn't work, check that the cuff is properly plugged into the socket on the monitor. Next you may need to replace the cuff. There may be a leak in the cuff or the hose between the cuff and the socket. Microlife sells replacement blood pressure cuffs here: https://www.microlife.com/consumer-products/blood-pressure/cuffs-and-supplies . These cuffs fit all of their devices except for the wrist versions.

i did have the same problem..and i resolved it..but before i give you the solution..do you hear the pump is working or not when you switch the device on? if not then one of the transistors are gone off. see my channel "tareq el-hasan" on youtube..i will upload the video very shortly..best luck

ERROR 2 IN MICROLIFE PRESSURE MONITOR MEANS : Unnatural pressure impulses influence the measurement result. Reason: The arm was moved during the measurement (Artefact).

Please check with your instruction manual, it should explain the reason behind this "error 3"
