Don't know how to reset my luck - Cell Phones

it could be the coil, next to the fly wheel, worn out, or needs reset. setting is 13 thousands. or place a business card between it and the fly whee,l tighten up on it tight enough, that the card is hard to remove, but can be pulled out. by sliding it up against the card.
I hope that works, reguardless, please let me know what you do fine out if this don't work.

The weight will reset to 1lb. after 350lbs, so you must push the weight button over and over again until you pass 350. (I ended up calling the local JC!) Good luck!

You need to make a soft reset or even a hard reset to your phone.
Soft reset:
For that, you need to know the ResetCode (usually 0000 if you don't change it):
Go to Setting - Phone Settings - Reset Settings - press ResetCode - Confirm

Hard Reset:
Dial 1809#*500# and choose Factory reset.

Hi, Sorry we don't know it either. Unplug TV for 1 hour and then try again. Sometimes unplugging will reset the TV. I hope it did for you. Good luck.

Take the phone into your carrier, they may be able to unlock it.
worst case scenario they will backup your information and perform a factory reset.
The purpose of a lock code is to stop people accessing your phone, they make it so its hard to work around.

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.
