My scale is a different brand, but was reading the same "un st" code. This is what worked for mine. Maybe it will yours as well...
Please follow the reset procedure listed and that should resolve the issue your are experiencing.
1. Remove batteries from the scale.
2. Place scale on countertop.
3. Press down on the platform of the scale for 10 seconds with no batteries.
4. Replace batteries, and turn on the scale and the scale should work now since it has been reset.
It means that it can't get a 0 point because it is unstable put it on a flat table or something and push re-zero (softly)
