Check and see if you have power going to the fan, before replacing the fan. It could be a power board problem.

First you have to take the TV apart and locate the cooling fan. Once you have done that then remove it. On the fan there will be a part number. With that part number go online to Allied Electronics. They will be able to cross ref. you fan or get you an original. Keep in mind that if they do not have the "exact fan" you can match voltage and amperage and make it work just fine.

Hi, does your replacement fan is the same exact part number as the original?. If your replacement fan is like the ones used un pcs with the third yellow wire, then this wont work.

You will have to pull out the light engine. That will consist of 4 or more screws and disconnecting some plugs. The the whole unit slides out where you can get to the fan housing.

Unless you're mechanically inclined, you should not try it as you could damage the assembly.

I don't know the part number off hand and some of those have newer part numbers as replacement for the original. Just do a google search to come up with a part number.
