It your Fitbit is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer.

If not, try reviewing this website on problems on charging your Fitbit.
Why isn my battery charging
They review dirty contacts, faulty USB cable or charger, alignment of the cable connection and a faulty Fitbit.

If your looking to buy a new Fitbit you could try Ebay

I really don't like the charging types, my wife and I both use the Garmin Vivofit wristbands. The battery is good for a year or so and requires a single small watch battery to be changed. Has an Android app that it syncs (Bluetooth, wireless within 30 ft.) with and makes tracking much easier. This is what it looks like:

BTW Mike, never, never, never give out your name and address over the internet. "Thar be dragons here, friend ....."

My fitbit is charge. But my fitbit is not working. I pushed the button and its shows nothing

The battery is very small and it could be easily over charged. If that is the case, it will show charged and it wont work. You cannot replace the battery yourself.

I cant log into my fitbit

if your password to the app is wrong you may need to log on to the page on a PC and reset your password using your recovery email address. once you change the password online, the password on the app will change and you should be able to access the device.

if that doesn't work, make sure the Fitbit is fully charged, and the Bluetooth is enabled on your phone so you can communicate with the device.

If that doesn't work, walk through the process of adding a new device to your Fitbit app.

If these fail, you may need to replace your device. contact Fitbit and see if it's under warranty. they may replace it for you.

Otherwise, but a new one. I'm sure your time is worth more than buying a new one.

My battery is charged but showing empty on computer. I restarted it but still showing empty.

with computer turned off take out battery and wipe off contacts then reinstall battery. If it is still empty after letting it sit a bit to see if it is charging you either have a bad battery or the charger in the computer is bad . that is an expensive fix. usually not worth the money unless you have an expensive computer and then that probably would not happen.
