hi.i dont own one nor have i seen one but ive had old watches before. instead of just pressing the buttons try holding them down 1 at a time and hold the button until the digits flash. which ever button makes them flash the other one will change the time. another way is to press the button 2 or 3 times quickly ? and last try would be to look around the side of the watch and you might find a very small indent ( usualy between the buttons ) .. some of them need a pin to push that in to change the time. there the only ways i know, hope this helps

I dont know anything about this watch, Is it a digital? If so, here are generic instructions for digital watches that might help.
CHANGING DIGITAL TIME:
Examine your watch. Attempt to find its "Mode" button; nearly every digital watch has one. The various modes might include "Date," "Alarm" and "Stopwatch" among others. Repeatedly press "Mode" to cycle through the modes available on your watch until you have it in the mode that displays the current time.
2
Locate the button that allows you to adjust the settings on your watch; this button could be labeled "Set" or "Adjust." Once you've found this button, press it in and hold it. After a few moments, the time display should begin to flash.
3
Select either minutes or hours as the aspect of the time you'd like to adjust. Press the "Mode" key to cycle through your options; each element should begin to flash as it's selected.
4
Press a button to adjust the time element you've selected; the button for doing this will vary from watch to watch. If there are up and down arrows on your watch, use them to increase or decrease the number. A button labeled as another function could serve this purpose too; trying pressing the various buttons on your watch to discover the correct one to adjust the time.
5
Move on to the next element you want to adjust, such as minutes or the date, by pressing the "Mode" display.
6
Press the "Set" button to finalize the new time on your watch. You'll know that the time has been set when the numbers stop flashing.
Pull the knob out. The second hand should stop ticking.
Twist the knob clockwise until the correct time is displayed on the watch face.
Push the knob back in, and the the second hand will resume ticking.

Press the "Change Mode" button on the lower left to set the hour. The hour will flash. Press the "Date Advance" button until the correct hour is displayed.
Press the "Change Mode" button again to set the correct 10s unit (first digit 1 or 0) for the minutes. Press the "Date Advance" button until the correct first digit of the minutes is displayed. Repeat this step to set the second digit of the minutes.
Repeat Steps 1 through 4 of this section to set the year, month, date and day and whether to use 12- or 24-hour time for your watch.
When finished, press the "Set" button (on the lower right) to return to the current time view and lock in your setting.
Press and hold the "Mode" button on the right side of your Arnette digital watch for three seconds to change the watch's mode. Press and hold the "Mode" button repeatedly until flashing digits indicate that you have entered the watch's time-setting screen.

Okay, mine's a Chisel but I'm pretty sure the module is similar, if not the same, across the Mettle range.
Anyway, press and hold the light button - marked adjust - until the display says "hold to adjust"; after a couple of seconds the time display will return and the hours will be flashing.
To adjust up, press "start/+" and down press "stop/-". To cycle through the options, press "mode".
Once you're done, press the "adjust" button again to return to regular timekeeping mode.
