try and find a copy of the Jan/Feb 1993 SPT Journal (try Ebay) which covers this repair, or look for a copy of the Nikon repair manual. If you are not good at small item repair and soldering take it to a professional. Also use a anti-static work mat and wrist strap.

It would be better to send it to Nikon. For mere mortals swapping shutters may very much mess up the camera beyond repair. If you truly love the F4 have Nikon do the work and at the same time have them do a CLA as well.
F4 has an electronic shutter so check batteries ( see enclosed image ). If your batteries are fresh but still no power ( see if display comes on in view finder ) clean contacts in the battery holder. If still no joy camera should go in.
