Error - Hanson MX6000 black electronic bathroom scales
Hi there I have Hanson MX 6000 Black Electronic Scales and they won't work. When I step on the scales, nothing happens. When I step off the scales say 0.0kg and ERR flashes on the screen. not sure what to do so i hope someone can help please

When you see the err message step off the scale and wait 5-10 secs then step back on and it should be ok. Remember that when standing on it you must keep absolutely STILL. Good Luck
I would contact the Company that makes the scales and inform them of their defaulty scale that you paid your hard earned money and see what they say, They may replace it if you send them the defaulty one! Good luck.
The scales display EE as they are reading a negative weight.
With the scales switched OFF place 2 glass plates on the scales and press ON.
The scales should now display 0g.
If this doesn't work add more weight and try again.
There is also 4 screws on the underside of the scales which hold the weighing bar in place, if you loosen the 2 smaller screws this should relieve some of the stress so less weight is needed to zero the scales.
