E03-10, E03-11, and E03-12 means that there is a High voltage problem (Corona, HVT) on the copier machine.

E03-12 means that there is High Voltage Power Supply leak
You can:
- check if HVPS connector is disconnected.
- check if HVPS is defective.
- check if SPC PCB connector is disconnected.
- check if SPC PCB is defective.

You may have a shorted speaker.

e03 is paperjam or out of paper error, make sure you have a decent amount of paper in the tray. open up all the doors on the printer and make sure there's nothing stuck inside the machine.

If the problem still there, unplug the power and open the cover. Remove the vertical circuit board in the center which has two big (15 pin) ICs on it (these are the two output amplifiers to speakers, if something wrong with them the unit will get into protecting mode). You need to unscrew the holder from the back and unlock two plastic connector to the mother board. Plug in power and turn it on, if the Portect flashing is gone, you need to replace these two ic( STK350-030 from http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/STK350-030 )
