Srb 1800 bike the resistance level is not working

That error code is for the speed sensor. There is some kind of issue with it, it may be loose or misaligned, the magnet on the fly wheel may also be. Or the sensor may have failed entirely. You may check the sensor and the magnet but that will depend on your comfort level in taking the unit apart to get to the issue.

If this is a new bike that may be the way it is. If it worked differently in the past, you may be looking at a busted tension motor or faulty brake.

Have you updated the software? Have you contacted the manufacturyouer? It may need a software update. Without knowing the make and model it is difficult to direct you for a fix. If you have a manual, look at the trouble shooting section.

Does turning the tension knob, either direction, at the handle bars move the brake pads sitting near the rim of the main wheel ?
