CHANGING A REAR TIRE ON EZIP ELECTRIC BIKE

by controller box there is a plug 5-8 wires. unhook them. Open the box and buy a gator-skin or Kevlar tyre and liner with puncture proof tube and relax for next 3 years. Dont be cheap on rear, it can be a pain and be careful of wires on axle. don't stress them. 2 person job sometimes. get zipties too.

I have a Schwin Solution FS AL mountain bike. I would like to put road tires on it. It now has 50-507 (24X1.95) on the side wall of the knobby tires. What road tire would fit?

I have done a similar thing with my mountain bike. The first number is the size of your wheel. The second number is how thick your tire is. You can get any road tire that has a "24" in the first number of the 24X***. Depending on the number after the 'X' you will probably need to get an inner tube that falls within that size. Most of the inner tubes will have a range for that second number. If the number is too large the inner tube will not fit inside the road tire.

Inner tube tire

Non-standard tube sizes drive me crazy. I did find that WalMart sells the tube on its website:
Walmart 32 Bicycle Inner Tube
This is probably your best bet, as your local bike shop may not stock this tube size because LBS bikes typically stop at 29 inch.

Inner tube size for a transeo gt 2.0 medium size bike

unfortunately you have to buy a new tube...The size you need is embossed on the sidewall of the tire.

Just bought bike and now the rear tire is flat, do i need to replace the inner tube or can it be fixed another way. what size tube do i need to replace it.

I recommend replacing the inner tube, the size is on your tire. I think that you should pay to have it done at a repair shop if it has gears, it will be worth it in the long run

Bike has been stored in garage for a few years (tires now have no air and gray tube is sticking out), what needs to be done before I can ride it? I don't really know that much about bikes but I don't want...

Basically check the condition of the tires, if they look dry and cracked it is better to replace them, The gray tube that is sticking out is the inner tube which holds the air for the tire. If that looks good just fill it up with air to the recommended air pressure on the side of the tire and put some light oil on the chain and the bike will be road ready. If after a few days your tires lose air again, it would be better to replace the inner tubes.

Air is leaking from spoke how do i stop this

Your inner tube is leaking air. Remove the wheel and remove the tire on one side only (one bead over the rim edge) to allow access to the inner tube. remove the tube and the tire the rest of the way. Basic tire removing tools are neccesary such as tire spoons and rim protectors. check the rim for sharp points as well as any debris that might have punctured the tire. Check the inside of the tire very carefully as well. If somthing punctured the tire it might be still sticking out on the inside - a potential hazard to your fingers. Patch the tube or, better yet, replace it - a much more dependable solution. Install one bead of the tire back on and then the tube. Infate and deflate the tube with one side of the tire off the rim to ensure proper fit and arrangement of the tube inside the tire. Reinstall the tire and the wheel back into the bike following manufacturers recommended procedures and torques found in a service manual.
