I have a sylvania under counter tv. It was working until I unplugged it. Mis I can't get it past the main menu page.

On your TV at the button panel should be an INPUT/SOURCE button that you just press and that will toggle you. If you do not have that then you need to hit MENU and navigate the menu choices with your volume plus and minus button or your channel plus and minus button. It should be listed in a sub menu under the main menu of video options or settings.

The following will reset the maintenance count after you install the maintenance kit, you can not reset the printer total page count. Press and hold down the [Select] and [Return] keys while powering on the printer, hold these buttons until the display reads "Performing Self Test." If the display readds "80 Schedules Maintenance", press the [Go] to continue past this message and access the Configuration Menu. Press the menu button until the display reads "Reset Maint Cnt" on the second line of the display and press the [Select] button. The top line of the display should now read "Reset Maint Cnt" and the second line will read "Reset" and press the [Select] button. This will reset the counter. To exit out of the "Configuration Mode" cycle the power.

Reset your TV. Unplug it from AC mains, and pulg it back after 5 minutes of so. This must make it a hard reset. If this do not help you, contact the service center.

Hi, try unplugging the TV from the AC outlet, then plug back in, and turn power on the TV, you should see the set up menu almost as soon as the TV starts showing a raster. Select "set up" by using the existing keys in front of the TV, you will need to experiment with different keys untill you are able to go in to the "setup" select the input you desire after that. good luck.

First, it does not make sense if you unplug the main board from the power supply and the TV comes on, please verify which connectors that you unplug. I would unplug the inverter board power connector to see if the 24vdc and 12vdc will work porperly first.

This problems will not be solved by a remote control.Ur tv Tuner board is dead.Take it to the shop they will order a refurbish the Main Tuner signal board for u and replaced it.It will cost about half the price of the new tv.

you might have to reset the lamp counter in order to get the indicator light to turn off, there are several websites than describe the procedure, the one i'm looking at is fixyourdlp.com/2007/11/29/reset-your-zenth-or-lg-dlp-tv-lamp-counter/good luck!

Make sure the TV is on and:
1) Press and hold the Menu button on your TV SET
2) Press and hold the Menu button on your REMOTE CONTROL (at the same time)
3) Continue holding BOTH buttons down for 5 secconds or until the Service Menu pops up
4) Release the MENU button from your REMOTE CONTROL, then release the MENU button from the TV Set.
5) Press and hold ENTER (or OK) on the TV Set, then:
6) Press and hold MUTE on the REMOTE CONTROL (while still holding down the ENTER button on the TV SET
7) Holding both buttons down should lead to the Lamp Life Hours screen to pop up.
Release the MUTE button the REMOTE CONTROL, then release the ENTER (or OK) button on the TV Set.
9) Come back to this blog and post your HOURS on our site
10) Now press SELECT, then SELECT again to confirm the reset of the counter
** If the procedure above does not work swap steps 5 & 6.
** For a few special models (including 44SZ8D), you might have to change step 5 to:
5a) Press Enter on the TV Set to enter the Position Adjustment Screen
5b) Press and hold Enter on the TV Set (the TV should go back to the main Service Menu, continue holding Enter) and now also hold down the MUTE button on your REMOTE CONTROL. After about 5 seconds, your Lamp Life Counter should pop up.

Try unplugging the set from the AC mains for at least one minute. This may get the set to dump out of the service menu.
