Ringer volume
While the unit is idle, press {V} or {^}.
L If there are any documents in the document
entrance, you cannot adjust the volume. Confirm that
there are no documents in the entrance.
To turn the ringer OFF
Press {V} repeatedly to display "RINGER OFF= OK?".
i {SET}
L The unit will not ring.
L To turn the ringer back ON, press {^}.

L You can select one of 3 ringer patterns (feature #161

Monitor volume
While using the monitor, press {V} or {^}.

Hope the ringer and the ******** is enabled. If so there is a possibility that the output amp of the ringer is faulty which can also be linked to the ********. You can reset the phone after removing the battery and setting it to default settings. If this wont work then it need a careful investigation in the output of the ringer.( test ringer if working)

Hit the up or down arrow keys several times. (either key will work) and the ringer will rotate through Ringer off - Ringer low - Ringer high... one set will be a steady ring, the other set will be a warble ring. The first thing you have to do is go into the settings and tools menu. Once there got to option 6, call settings then ringer ID make sure it's set to on and then do the same for picture ID. That should take care of the problem. Hope that helps!
