It would depend on the type of oven. On non-inverter ovens, it is attached to the high voltage capacitor; which is usually oval in shape and 2 to 3" long. They are usually black in color. On inverter ovens, depending on the brand, there are usually at least 2 of them on the inverter board. IGBT's have 3 leads. The rectifiers have 2, and will be electrically connected to a filter capacitor. They frequently have burned spots on them when they fail.
