Control Lock / Child Lock issue. Taking longer to dry is because air flow is compromised. It needs a good clean out, especially at the rear where the pipe and outside vent is.
On this unit, the error code CL9 indicates the child lock feature is activated. Press the temp and and time buttons and hold them for 3 seconds. This should reset the child lock and clear the code.Mar 27, 2019
I understand you are receiving an error code of E72 on your Frigidaire dryer. Without knowing the model number specifically I can tell you the general explanation for an E72 code is an outlet control thermistor short circuit. The recommended solution is to check the resistance of the outlet control thermistor, and check wiring for a short circuit across the thermistor connections. Resistance should be between 4.9K ohms and 6.2K ohms at room temperature (68-77F or 20-25C). You may possibly need to replace the outlet control thermistor and/or wiring and retest.
However, this is not a typical DIY project. I would recommend reaching out to an experienced appliance technician just to ensure no troubleshooting step has been missed. Parts are often costly and if the problem is precisely diagnosed, it can save you a lot of time and funds.

Well if it runs but no heat it might be the solenoids. All these dryers basically have the same gas assembly. If your ignitor comes on and shuts back down it should fire off . if it don't then them coils is probably bad:
This motherboard uses DDR3-SDRAM, ECC and non-ECC, unbuffered, PC3-10600(1333mhz) or PC3-8500(1066mhz), dual channel architecture (two sticks at a time), and a max memory of 8Gs. This are the specs for your ram:
4GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC (Kit of 2) Intel XMP
HyperX = DDR3-1600 Default = DDR3-1333
CL9-9-9-27 CL9-9-9
1.65V 1.5V In other words, Yes! This should work just fine. The ram will just run at its default speed of 1333mhz.
