First, you need to check the 2 circuit breakers. One goes to the control board and the other one goes to the heating elements. If the heating elements still do not work, you would need to check them for continuity.

This indicates a open/shorted oven temperature sensor and to solve this problem the sensor needs replacement. If you wan to be sure before replacing the sensor then you can test it with a voltmeter for around 1100ohms....if it reads more then this then it needs replacement however, if the reading is around or less then 1100ohms then the problem is with the control board. most likely you have a bad ignitor,pull out the racks and remove the floor to the stove,turn on the bake,if the ignitor glows but it takes more than 40 seconds for the flame to light you have a bad ignitor even though it glows and if it doesn't glow at all the ignitor is bad,also if the broil lights on top and the bake doesn't change out the ignitor.next time send the model number and i can look up your machine to help you better.
