From searching Google. Once you have an active Netflix membership, you can have six (6) devices registered to your account at any given time, and you may stream up to two (2) movies or TV shows at the same time by default.

If more than 2 devices are in use and you try to use a 3rd it will ask for a password. and one of the 2 in use will be logged out. I found this out by loaning my account to my kids. hope this helps.

There is an option to upgrade to four (4) streams at the same time from the Your Account page on Netflix.

You can update silverlight for free with Microsoft. Your computer needs the program to stream the programs.
It has nothing to do with Netflix, although the program is needed on your computer, to let Netflix (or any other movie program) work correct.

You will need to upgrade your child account to an adult account to be able to use Netflix. Unfortunately this is not possible until the child reaches the legal age of 18 (US).

Once a child account is created it is managed from the date of birth indicated when applying for the account.

Netflix can't be bypassed to work on an Xbox 360 on a child account.

The only solution to view Netflix on the Xbox 360 is to have an adult account created and access via that account.

Recommend that you just stream using your computer. Plenty of options out there to get your PC hooked up to your TV if you need to view in a larger scale.
