Dash stuck on the green screen

Hello I had my dash exposed to a little water when I was changing the battery.. although I wiped away any moisture it initially worked then 1 day later I could not not get it to get out of the green screen.. Is there any way of recovering what is on the phone?please help Greg

    What if the hard reset does not work and you end up with the green screen, then it goes to the white t-mobile screen again and freezes? In addition to that I cannot get it to show a connection with Windows Mobile Device Center on Vista. So there is no way to do a software upgrade. Is there a solution if you cannot reset?

    I also experienced the same problem, but my outcome is a little different. My dash is working as normal, but now my the - key and the green phone key (to call out and accept incoming calls) any working anymore. Is there anyway to fix it?? Please help!!!

    I tryed that and i got the black screen with writing on it. pressed send and then it went to the green screen again. Ive tried doing the same thing and it just goes to the green screen any more ideas?

    I have had this phone 3 weeks. (brand new) I rebooted phone and now is stuck on the windows mobile screen.

    i dont want to lose my stuff on the phone though...

    my stupid phone is stuck on the grren screen as well...

Do a sw reset. turn the phone off, press and hold the soft keys (buttons with the lines on them above the home key and back arrow key) and hold it down.....press the power button while you are doing that until the white t-mobile screen will come on, then instead of going to the green windows mobile screen, a black screen with white writing......press the green button....it will get you in your phone but it will erase your info as a result....

You'll need lots of patience - a nice day in the garden, a new roll of kitchen wipe and a bottle of methylated spirits. THEN moisten the kitchen wipe with spirit and wipe an area taking care not to over wet and get spirit in radio. the wipe will pick up some of the goo but not much, so..............a new piece of wipe and just keep going. It took me about 2 hours, a quarter bottle of spirit and a whole roll of wipe but is was worth it! Good Luck!

Coolant leak under dash
Heater core leaking. It will cause low coolent levels, moisture on the glass that won't go away. Green liquid leaking from under dash, wet floorboards. Hissing sounds when car is turned off coming from behind the dash. You may have some or all of the above symptoms.

My citizen aqualand duplex watch has the word "chek" on the lower screen and it won't go away. What does this mean?
It turns to "chek" if the moisture sensor that triggers dive mode when you go in the water is exposed to water and you don't dive for more than an hour. The sensor is very easily triggered by sweat, so all you got to do is wipe the sensor between the crown and the upper right button with dry cloth and "chek" will go away.

Touch screen on my env touch will not work
you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried

Can you please describe how to install a cd player in a 96 Hyundai Elantra?
Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent
an accidental short circuit. Pop out the dimmer
switch panel and remove (1) Phillips screw
exposed. Unsnap the gear shifter trim plate and
remove (1) Phillips screw exposed at the base of
the dash trim bezel. Reach under the driver's
side dash, locate the temperature control cable
and remove the cable from the white plastic
bracket. Position the gear shifter in low, pull the
dash panel away and disconnect all wiring harnesses.
Remove the trim bezel (the temperature
controlcable will be attached). Remove (4)
Phillips screws securing the factory head unit
and disconnect the wiring.

How to take apart the LG Versa to dry out moisture behind the touch screen. It went through the washing machine, appears to work otherwise though
I would not try and remove any backing or covers off cell phones. I dropped my cell in the lake a couple of years ago. I took the battery out and laid the phoone and battery on my dash for a couple of days and this baked out all the moisture. the phone still works today!!

Hi there my dash phone doesnt boot up at power
try a Master Reset. But this will wipe all data from your phone. Take the battery out and put it back in again. Then Hold the two soft keys ( the two select keys to the bottom Left & Right of the screen) and then push the power button for a few seconds. The phone should prompt you to push the SEND (green) button to start a master reset.

This happen to me more than once, the latest today (may 25 08)at 9pm. Tmobile will tell you how sorry they are and that's about it. I am on my second dash and second battery.
Try to hold both top keys (between call green and hung up red) while you are pressing on the shut off switch for 2 seconds. Whe it comes back to life, everything will have erased but supposedly, the phone will be like new.
