It should IF the Craftsman opener is also of the rolling code type. Some openers use rolling code technology and some do not. You need to cross reference the model number of the craftsman opener with the remote to see if they are compatible. You didn't give the opener model number here so there is no accurate way of telling. Most Sears openers over the past few years are rolling code type.
Then on the side of the page choose: (Scroll) Mower Deck, Belt Idlers and Blades
There are 5 belts listed! There is nothing that relates to a mower or deck serial number either.
You have to know the model numbr of the deck (see item 1 same link to cross ref your belt size)
035
Belt PN: 07241700 V belt (037) = 44 inch deck model 51519000 & 5159100 039
041 / 313
Belt PN: 07242900 V belt (501) = 44 inch Deck Model 51510400
The instructions will be in the owners manual. Get the model number of your opener and go to Liftmaster.com. Follow the instructions and you can download an owners manual.
The part number for this belt is STD303310 and is available from Sears for $4.49. I would almost bet you that any good door opener service company in the yellow pages would have one on the shelf.
The model number will be on the opposite end of where you found the part number you listed. You can then call any Liftmaster dealer listed in your yellow pages.
Some will work and some wont. If you go to this website it will tell you. You must have the model number off the motor unit of your opener. It is on the end closest to the door and starts with 139.
Go to this website and find your model number in the left column. The second column is the model number of the Liftmaster remote that works.
