There is free software available for retrieving deleted items. Important thing is to not add anything to your computer hard drive so as to prevent it from writing over the alleged deleted file(s).

Your are probably missing a driver. Or a wrong driver is installed on your pc click on the start bottom in your windows and search for device manager if you have a tab called other devices in device manager you are missing a driver if that is the case run lenovo system update on your machine and it will find and install the right driver for you.

if you run w8 or w10
you download, w7
then right click the EXE
and pick compatiblity mode, W7
this is the only way to make this work on w8 or 10
and is pure luck if it does,

before upgrading any PC, learn to go to the PC makers site
then see if the OS of your dreams is supported,
in most cases 10 year or older PCs w10 is noT SUPPORTED.

is your screen resolution at highest 32bit if it isnt try that if you cannot get 32bit then you will have to be looking into some bigger depth rate me thanx it will help me to help you

If you burnt a DVD + , try getting a DVD - and burn to that or vice versa. Some DVD players play both the DVD + and the DVD -. Other DVD players will only play one of the two types of discsl
I burn all mine to a DVD +.

I had the same problem and someone recommended downloading window media play version 11. Apparently the lower versions of media player do not have the correct driver. My sansa clip works on my Lenovo laptop and it has windows media play version 10. So I think vresion 10 or higher will work. Hope this helps.
